My name is Thomas Gleason, Owner and Chief Inspector of Geo Inspection Service. We are a full-service inspection company for residential and commercial properties. We have a variety of services available that can help large building complexes save money by identifying areas in need of repair.

Of particular use is our imaging service, with which we utilize a 4k drone to photograph the roof, flashing, exterior siding and other external features to catch damage before it causes any larger issues to the building. Being a Maryland licensed inspector, I have a unique ability to identify damage and alert you to take action to any potential problems.
